Best Publicity Ole Miss Has Gotten

Easily the best publicity Ole Miss has gotten in quite a while brought to you by Uncle Kracker and Sugar Ray.
Them singing Hotty Toddy is something to be proud of. Can't wait to hear this at Vaught-Hemingway next year.

Awesome pics.
I went to NAU for undergrad. Never really thought I'd miss Flag, but the weather as of late has changed that. I'd kill for the Flagstaff weather right now.
One poster mentioned skiing up there. Cool thing – students head to the Snowbowl early in the morning for a few hours of boarding/skiing then take off to class. Not a lot of places where you can do that.
In any case, hard to beat the northern part of Arizona.

All replies appreciated. This game would've been around the time my dad was attending the U of A. I assume he will tell me how remembers it.
Felt the urge to post it to the board to see what y'all had to say. I'll be honest, I don't follow Arkansas basketball like most, so I wasn't even aware of this. Also, in my defense, I'm not kid enough to remember a lot of the glory days. Hell, I was only seven when Arkansas won the NCAA title.

Found this a week ago. Just came in the mail. Going to get in framed and give it to my dad for Father's Day.
While I read the description and watched the video, I'm curious as to what any of y'all can tell me about this game.

Lubbock isn't really all that bad. Granted, I went to HS in southeast New Mexico, so my standards are generally low. That said, all my buddies went to Tech, so there is no way in hell I'm missing this game.
The Jones isn't a bad stadium. And campus is, as stated, flat and spread out. The people are friendly and you should be able to find some Sand Aggies to share a tailgate with.

Haha. I hear you. Unfortunately, C's don't earn degrees in grad school.

Absolutely, got a break from classes, so it was nice to catch some baseball.
I'm going to try to get out to the game next Saturday assuming I'm done studying for finals (8-week terms in the event you're wondering why I have finals right now).

Went to my first baseball game at Baum yesterday. Used my student ID to get in, which leads to my question. Do all students sit in the Hog Pen or is there any student seating along one of the base lines?
I asked a two of the ticket guys at the game with one directing me to 103. He said that four of the rows were reserved for students. Got down there and saw absolutely no students. The guy in charge of the section said he was not aware of any student seating in that section, but told me to find any empty seat considering there would be plenty.
Any ideas?

Testing Post. Seeing if I have access to the Arkansas board.
Seeing as that I do, I guess I'll edit and introduce myself.
Just moved to Fayetteville this past August for graduate school. Completed my BS in Construction Management from Northern Arizona University. Both parents went to school at the University of Arkansas and my father also got his law degree from the U of A. Born a Hog, so it was only natural I wound up in Fayetteville at some point.
Anyways, I don't post often, but I'll throw in my two cents every now and then.
Nice meeting y'all and WPS.
