That was one of the most heartfelt renditions of our national anthem I’ve ever heard. Tears in my eyes. Mr Dupre is a national treasure and represents all that I love about my country. God bless him.

Thank you sir for your dedication, sacrifices you have made for us, and your service in and during WWII. You truly are an American Hero. To the ones who stood there with the hands over their hearts and showed respect as this Hero played National Anthem much appreciated. And to the ones who just stood there with there hands at their side and showed no appreciation, respect, and gratitude during this Hero's playing of the National Anthem...Shame on each and everyone of you!

The teams and individuals are on stage at all times. This was a big moment for them to show unity and respect, and they didn’t look like a team of Americans, whether intentional or not. In any event, their discombobulated stances was a distraction, and Team USA should have addressed them about it before, IF that was the case. If not, they are liars and cowards. Great job by the vet!!

Most heartfelt version I have ever heard. God bless America and the vets that fought for the country I know and love.

Let's talk about the America-hating bitches on the USWNT who refused to face the flag as this patriot played the Anthem, shall we?

I think they did face the flag, right? The ones who didn’t faced the veteran.

I'd rather not, but I understand. Those dumb bitches are dead to me. I'd rather talk about the guy playing the harmonica. Very beautiful and wonderfully played. The man is a true American.

They were facing flag behind goal or the vet. There is a video of each player signing a game ball he was holding after the game and thanking him.
