I'm glad to see 'em in the SEC with us. My first game EVER in Tiger Stadium was against A&M in 1986. It was also my first time to march in The Golden Band from Tigerland. In spite of being in different conferences, LSU and Texas A&M have had a bit of a rivalry stretching back to the days when LSU was a military school as well. The tROTCc was the perpetual top unit in the 4th Army District, much to the chagrin of Texas A&M who held the distinction of having the top cavalry unit in the same district.

It's good to have our long time rival finally come home to the SEC.

WELCOME. TEXAS A&M!
