Sports Illustrated is reporting that Darnell Salomon, a five-star wide receiver recruit in the class of 2016, is the prime suspect in a burglary case involving property stolen from a dorm at Georgia.
quote:

University of Georgia police have issued a warrant for Salomon's arrest. Salomon, who was visiting campus for the team's Dawg Night camp last weekend, is alleged to have entered the unlocked suite of two female students early Saturday and stolen a cell phone and a wallet containing cash and credit cards.

Salomon, whose name is listed in police reports as "Saloman," had left campus and returned home to Hollywood, Florida, before police contacted Georgia team administrators. A university spokesman told the paper that Georgia coach Mark Richt is aware of the incident and university police are handling the case.
Salomon is rated as the No. 21 player and No. 3 best wide receiver in his class. He has offers from Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Florida State and LSU, among others.

The only way to beat their opponents is to arrest their players right before the game begins.

Hell yea! How else is this kid supposed to eat. If the NCAA would just pay these kids, crimes like this wouldn't happen. He's just trying to save up so he has money for pizza when he gets to UGA.
