According to an ESPN...
quote:

"Former USC coach Lane Kiffin is visiting Alabama this week to evaluate the Crimson Tide's offense, a source told ESPN on Monday.

Kiffin is a guest of Alabama coach Nick Saban, the source said, and will be in Tuscaloosa "to share ideas and exchange ideas and [for] professional development," the source said."
You think he'll be with Bama come next season or just networking to get a new job?

probably wants to work out a deal for him to take a lower staff job. but get to be groomed as a better head coach next time, if there is one.

Very strange... something aloof here.

This is a ruse . . . the REAL reason for Kiffin's visit is so Saban can consult him on his PR image. Amirite?

Saban to Texas. Kiffin to Alabama.

I think it's just Saban doing what good coaches do... have a new pair of eyes have a look at the team and tell him what he thinks. Even if it is Kiffen. Doesn't mean he has to listen to him, but just good to have a new fresh pair of eyes take a look at it.
