Alabama head coach Nick Saban recently told reporters that he expected Florida State transfer Jacob Coker to win the first team snaps at QB last season although Blake Sims held off Coker to win the starting QB job.

Coker is expected to be the Crimson Tide's starting quarterback heading into the 2015 season but will compete with junior Alec Morris, sophomore Cooper Bateman, redshirt freshman David Cornwell, and true freshman Blake Barnett when fall camps starts in August.

One Coach Saban stated only the one who wins out would get the job. Alabama's offense will be better than last seasons. Blake had way to many brake downs.

Hope he remembers Cooper is gone before he hypes Coker up to be as good as Simms looked throwing to him.
