John Reed-USA TODAY Sports
While speaking on ESPN's SportCenter Tuesday, Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn talked about how two SEC teams from the Western Division will be deserving of spots in the first College Football Playoff.

"Last year two teams from the West would have been in the Final Four," Malzahn said. "I look for the same thing. It’s the best conference, best division in college football.
The No.5-ranked Auburn Tigers will host the 15th-ranked LSU Tigers at Jordan-Hare stadium this Saturday.

“You have to take it one game at a time,” Malzahn said. “We have LSU, one of the better teams in the country. We have to play our best football and put our focus just on them.”
