Dante Fowler Jr tweeted saying that he is leaving with Will Muschamp at the end of the season.

Florida defensive end Dante Fowler Jr. sent a message out on Twitter to say that he would be leaving the Gators after this season along with coach Will Muschamp.

The decision wasn't a surprise. Not only is Fowler considered one of the top defensive ends in college football, but he struggled Tuesday to find a scenario in which he would return to Florida next season.

Asked what it would take for him to stay, he paused for a few seconds before cobbling together an answer.

"Um, just if anything probably develops or if they were to say I was too young or something like that," he said.

Thats just dumb. He will go balls out probably more so than ever before. Now he has to prove himself to the pros as someone who plays hard on every down regardless of the scoreboard or situation.

Best of luck, great player.......seems like he would have waited till the season was over to make this announcement. It will be interesting to watch his level of effort in the next couple games.
