Former Alabama running back Ray Hudson plans to sue the NCAA for the way that concussions were treated during his college career. Hudson is 34 years old and now suffers from depression, anger, and memory loss which he ties back to his playing days at Alabama.

He increasingly feels depressed and has been "locked up" in anger management residences several times. He forgets names of people he has known all his life. He has dizziness accompanied by brief headaches that feel like "a small explosion in my head."
Hudson attributes these problems to hits he took to his head while playing football at Alabama from 2001 to 2004. "I don't see where it would've come from anything else," he says. "I have anger issues and depression. I've never been on any kind of supplements or steroids. I've always been a happy-go-lucky guy my whole life."
Hudson was the SEC's second-leading rusher when he suffered a career-ending knee injury in 2004 during his senior season. He was signed by the New Orleans Saints as an un-drafted free agent but was cut three days into training camp.
