Five-star defensive end Daylon Mack from Gladewater, TX announced Wednesday that he will sign with Texas A&M. Mack chose the Aggies over Texas and TCU.

Chavis doesn't recruit much, he also doesn't coach the DT's, that was Brick Haley. Chavis stays up in the booth.

LSU puts DT's in the league, and it was like that way before Chavis was at LSU.

ESPN made it perfectly clear in two interviews with Mack, he dropped his commitment to A&M because he believed Chavis (LSU) was the best way to get to the NFL. 2 weeks later when Chavis left he dropped LSU as his top pick and followed him to A&M. Sumlin said Chavis was the biggest recruit in the class.
