Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn spoke with media after practice on Thursday and announced that wide receiver D'haquille Williams has returned to practice. Here is what he said, according to AL.com.
quote:

*** D'haquille Williams has returned to practice.

*** "Obviously there is going to be some catching up to do."

*** "I try to keep the same standard for everybody. That's how we operate around here."

*** Williams will start at the bottom of the depth chart.

*** Malzahn declined to go into the specifics of Williams' punishment over the last seven days.

*** Did Williams show remorse? "Yes," says Malzahn, who again did not elaborate.
