?Kentucky merchandise company "Wildcat Warehouse" thought it would be cool to celebrate UK’s perfect regular season and promote its new “31-0” shirt by sending it into space. Why? No idea.
quote:

According to the company’s spokesperson, Rhea Starns, the contraption to launch the t-shirt into space was made by one of the co-owners of the company who is a former Navy SEAL. “Our eyes were glued to the GPS tracking device that kept dropping pins on the location of the space shirt,” she wrote in an email to For The Win. “We were praying the device would not land in water. Saturday and Sunday we had teams chasing the device, waiting for the landing. As you can see in the final photo… it took a little work to recover the contraption.”
