Maybe we forged some future leaders tonight.

We need kids to emulate Chubb/Michel/Bellamy/Carter in 2017.

I get it that in today's era of CFB, we need to plan on the talented ones being gone in 3 years, but anyone who thinks that that Core 4 returning for their SR seasons isn't the foundation that the NCG team was built on is fooling themselves.

SR seasons

I agree that senior leadership is severely underappreciated. Especially at UGA. 2016 vs 2017 is all I needed to know.

Look at it this way. Joe Burrow is 23 years old. Most college kids are 18-21 years old (Fromm is 21. Stafford played his last game at 20 years old). Maturity (both body and mind) is huge at these ages.

IMO This season has been Kirby’s best coaching job so far. To finish the regular season 11-1 with the attrition on offense, he worked well with what he had. I did not realize losing Hardman, Ridley and Natua to the NFL would matter as much as it did. And then losing Holloman. IMO the coaching job he did leading up to the Sugar Bowl was phenomenal also. He took the players that wanted to play, won and sent a message. GO DAWGS!!
