We aboutly played like shite for some of the game. Chubb and Eason were great, and the secondary was good. But we struggled really bad on both sides of the line. UNC QB had ALL night to throw.

You started a thread bitching about firing our old coach before the game even ended. Then, because we won, you say we played like shite so that you can try to justify your post. People like you shouldn't be allowed to post, let alone start a thread.

Holy shite your reading comprehension is terrible. Where did I imply that we should fire our coach?? I said why did we get of Richt if we were going to run the same old conservative crap.
I'm not trying to justify anything. At the time we were playing conservatively, and it did get better and I have admitted that. We did play like crap though, besides Eason and Chubb, and the secondary.

We also kept their QB contained. He couldn't beat us with his legs. He had all night to throw but we werent loading the box and we didn't need to.

It doesn't matter. He is gone. For those that want to continue to verbally abuse him it is pointless, and it is just as pointless to do this.
We have Kirby Smart, and I think he will do a great job.
It's time for everybody to quit talking about Mark Richt and start talking about the excitement a new coach brings. Lets hope he continues to inspire the team and get them moving in the right direction. Kirby made a bad mistake in the first half, but it didn't really hurt us. he will make mistakes. Richt made mistakes. ALL coaches make mistakes.

I think its fair to say we were uneven on both sides of the ball. We looked very, very good at times, and we looked pretty bad at times.
Everybody needs to get some perspective and look at things realistically. There is work that needs to be done. I have confidence that the work will get done and we will see improvement during the year. I think we will have a pretty darn good team at the end of the year.

I agree, we will have some growing pains, but I think we could be really good. Eason has to play for us to have a chance in the bigger games.

In almost positive what you're referencing are the 4 or 5 plays where they were in max protect and threw deep balls. No shite he had time it was max protect two men routes. Routes our awesome secondary batted away every time. Our d line rushed their QB on a few occasions. It's clear you have no clue what you're talking about so I'm not argue with you about this because it's a waste of my time. One of the biggest mistakes was the defense setting the edge on the run if you want to say we played like shite because of that well this is America and you are free to be as dumb as possible. Also you said we struggle on both sides of the line, the o line was great we ran for like 300 yards imbecile.

No I'm referencing the fact that we had 1 sack, and he had time all night. We very rarely blitzed either.
It's clear you have no idea what your saying, you are just spouting off random things.
If you think the O-line played great you don't know anything about football.

We fired our coach for being too conservative. We obviously hired Kirby to not be conservative.
