Sadly enough, this is probably true.
From my experience, the older, big donor UGA alums care more about losing to Tech than anybody else. Whereas a lot of the younger generations have Florida or Auburn as more of a priority.
Richt isn't stupid, he knows he better beat tech every year.

Uga didn't win 10 in 09,10,13 in the past 6 seasons. Far from continuous as you put it.

I was at UGA during the Donnan years.
I don't see much of a difference with Richt in the last 3 years (including this year).
I like Richt. I liked Donnan too.

If I visited you in a time machine after the 2005 SECC and told you to hold the phone.... don't re-sign Richt until you see what I have to show you....
And then I introduced you to Youtube and showed you the bedshitting and lack of SEC Championships, for the next ten years....
Would you still sign that contract?

The truth is, I uttered my first Fire Mark Richt after the Sugar Bowl that year...the rant meltdown during the WVU bed shitting was one for the books.
