I don't know if our athletic department knows more than what they are letting on, but simple he said, she said evidence like this could get every single one of our players suspended.

Mr. X, some a-hole we don't know the identity of, came to UGA AD and said he paid Gurley to sign 80 somethings. As proof, he offered a video of Gurley signing the items (but no money changing hands). The un-named frick then told UGA the items were currently for sale at JSA.
UGA approached JSA to follow up.
JSA did indeed have said items, and authenticated them as being real.

How is that any different at all? This 100% boils down to, can the NCAA PROVE that todd directly received money. And until they can, play his arse.
