We hit our peak with him. His time to solidify how the program would go under his tenure was in the 2nd half of the SECCG this year. He lost a lot of people’s confidence with that 2nd half. Couple that with how he handled the year long Fields situation and the way he allowed Baker to distract the team by going to NO ....he also lost the respect of his players. You can see it and you can sense it. There is a lot of doubt right now that he has what it takes to manage a championship program. We know he can recruit and that’s about all we know for sure.

I suppose the good news is that he's still a young coach that just finished his 3rd year. He's got a lot of room to grow if he's willing to make the necessary changes. I'd rather CKS be making dumb decisions in year 3 than in year 13.

The question is whether or not he will learn.
