I’m assuming the games postponed tonight?

They believe they have a 2 hour window.

Dawgs up 4-1 on a 3 run blast by our #9 hitter.

Middle of the 2nd.

Yep. A no-doubter.

Goldstein settles down in the bottom of the second after throwing 26 pitches in the first.

End of 2 -- Dawgs lead 4-1.

Another 2 out, three run homer for the Dawgs. This time by Farris. And he cranked it.

7-1 Georgia with 2 outs in the top of the 3d.

Side is retired. Heading to the bottom of the 3rd, Georgia leads tech 7-1.

Tech's HR expert, Burress, tattoos one with no outs in the 3d. 7-2.

3 run homer for the good guys. 7-1

Tech comes up and hits homer to make it 7-2.

I think Goldstein is pitching well considering the rain. His FB tailing to left side is impressive.

7-3 Dawgs heading to the top of the 4th. Goldstein has thrown 67 pitches.

New pitcher for tech in the 4th. Almost immediately gets in trouble. A walk and wild pitches gets a runner to third and a single scores him.

8-3 Dawgs, one out, Condon at the plate.

Another base hit scores another run. That's it for the new tech pitcher.

9-3 Georgia, men on 1st and 2d, 1 out.

The weather looks miserable and it looks like rain to me. Hope we can get at least 5 innings in.

Dawgs leave the bases loaded in the 4th.

Still - 2 runs score. Georgia leads 9-3 as we move to the bottom of the 4th.

Raining pretty good there. Umps just talked to Wes, probably about stopping this after 5 innings.

Goldstein looks inspired in the 4th. 3 strikeouts. That's over 80 pitches for Goldstein.

Dawgs go to bat in the top of the 5th up 9-3.

Condon goes down on strikes.

So far tonight - Condon pops out, strikes out, walks and strikes out.

Next batter flies out.

9-3 Dawgs going to the bottom of the 5th.

Goldstein on the mound again to start the 5th.

8 Ks so far on the night.

Looks very wet and we may not get to the bottom of the 5th.

Frick. They are calling for the ground crew, 3 outs away from making it official.

ACC officials, of course.

In classic Georgia Tech fashion try to screw UGA anyway they can and screw them out of a win tonight 9 to 3 in the bottom of the fifth and they called the game to hell with Georgia Tech
