I don't understand why so often and short yardage situations we put every single person up in the box and crammed 20 guys right there at the line of scrimmage and then try to run it directly behind the center. I don't care if Jordan Davis or Jalen Carter are playing fullback, it's an illogical and stupid play call based on nothing more than bravado that you're better than everyone. Even if you want to just run it straight up the middle, That's fine! Put for receivers out there and spread the field and at least get people out of the box and make it easier on yourself
