Nothing you can say in this thread will shut them up. Currently we have four 4* DT's committed.
But but but Clemson.................

Side note, top DT's are almost off the board. Only 8 composite 4*s remaining.

If you mean Scott I’m not there yet but a lackluster season by the D-Line might get me close. Now Rocker, never was a fan.

I was just getting ready to jump in but your comment was exactly what I was going to say. If anything, our 2018 LBs came up short.

In the defense that Georgia runs, that is exactly what the linebackers are supposed to do. The Dline is supposed to stalemate the Oline and keep the OLine off the linebackers and the linebackers come in and make the big plays.

I am well aware of how a 3-4 base defense is supposed to work. I am not taking any shots at anyone just having an honest discussion. See the names I am about to post below.

Quinnen Williams
Da'ron Payne
Da'Shawn Hand
Jonathan Allen
Dalvin Tomlinson
A'Shawn Robinson
Jarran Reed
Terrence Cody

All of these are Bama D-Linemen who have excelled at penetrating and affecting the QB or clogging up running lanes. Our D-Line hasn't had anyone who could hold a candle to any of the aforementioned players since John Jenkins. My point is that we mirror Bama in all facets of the Defense except for our line play which no doubt must improve for us to truly become dominant across the board.

I used Bama's players because like us their base defense is a 3-4.

I see your point but those guys progressed as juniors and seniors. I raise you Tray Scott's diamond in the rough........as a True Freshman.

I'm impressed how the staff got him in shape.

Fair Enough.
