Searles has to be the first one to go.
Coaching across the board needs to tighten up across the entire Offense, for sure, but there's no excusing the lack of execution from the WRs and the OL to do their jobs during the games.

Cash made very few runs, but you have to show he will run. He actually had 22 attempts for 161 yards under Bobo in 2023. 7.3 yard average. In 2024 he had 14 attempts for 27 yards. 1.9 average. Bobo was coach both years.
