Meanwhile, we are on the eve of american history. And even more interesting....he gave a grievance to himself and tried to impose a penalty on himself. Sounds a bit like Hillary saying: I did break the law and used bad judgment with my emails and corruption....BUT, the shame I've gotten is penalty enough
