With the way our offense played this year. Kirby is on another level as a recruiter.

Now we just need the coaches to develop them and whoever will be throwing them the ball next season. We could have an amazing offense.

Four actually, in the top 50 by position, with three in the top 20 nationally at their position.

Didn't double check the figure but assuming this is referencing top 100 overall players rather than by position? Smith, Burton, Rosemy?

That's right, but not fair to leave out the fourth guy. He's top 300 overall, so still worth mentioning.

Disappointing day? sure a little..
I am sure this will get me downvoted (a lot) and maybe kicked off the board but felt compelled post.
Hopefully my posts here have earned me a little grace;-)
First great class for UGA. Way to finish today.
I wouldn't say "we are mad"
I am sure you would be equally perturbed when two of your recruits are posting "LSU is my family" tweets and "committed" for months all the way up until today and flipped at the last minute without telling the coaching staff of their intent. One of them just tweeted "Sorry LSU business is business". To me shows a character issue.
But I digress.
Last year at least Emery "De-committed" from UGA and reopened his commitment. He let UGA recruit other players.
So yeh little perturbed I think is fair as if someone had done this to UGA you would also be a little "seriously kind of a shitty thing to do isnt it?"
Why not just de-commit a few weeks ago.
IN addition LSU still got two of its biggest Gets in Gilbert out of Georgia and Ricks from Florida and is still ranked 4th in recruiting after the "defections"
I will add LSU made a mistake "processing" Major Burns and a few others thinking they would pick up some "better" players. IN hindsight. Bad decision and something I think bit them in the arse a bit.
but in the end, its hard for a fan base to be "mad" right now with what has happened so far this year. Disappointed in today? a little.
If they are mad over losing two WR recruits after they just won the SEC, Heisman, #1 in the nation preparing for a playoff, etc etc etc....they are idiots.

We can read how many post saying UGA is paying players.
As for Burton - a lot of kids like doing the signing day flip. It’s just the nature of the business. If you think UGA is orchestrating having kids stay committed to other schools just to flip to us at the end then I can’t help you but you some foolish.

I never once indicated that. I have no idea what happened.
Just know as late as yesterday they were "committed" and told the coaching staff they were.

Those receivers won't help much in 2020. They will have to sit for a year and learn how not to catch the ball.
