It's clear how much Fromm benefited from two NFL stars - Chubb and Michel. Swift is great but there's only one of him and I'm not even sure he is quite at their level. He was incredible as the #3 behhind them.
Still, we have enough talent this year - even with young WRs - to be much better than we've been on offense. Coley has made dubious calls.

If we can't consistently get 4-5 yards a carry running the ball, we're going to be in 3rd and longs a lot. That isn't good for moving the ball.
