Thanks for the link. Not only was that a clutch play, it was a preseason game with a sheila in the announcing booth talking about how he used his hips.

I recorded and watched the game later.

Funny thing is that other than those 4 picks he looked really smooth and made some great passes. He wasn’t lost or scrambling for his life or failing to make throws.

And of course, all he does is win.

4 interceptions is not gonna do you favors though ints do think think that his composure and the ability to no matter what atiol find a way to do what he does best he’s going to have a great nfl career

Was a nice scramble side arm throw with 5secs to go.

I hope McVay and the Rams front office understand that that final pass TD is precisely what you get from Bennett. THAT is his standard.

Let the kid shake off the cobwebs in preseason and get him on the field. Stafford is only a bad hit away from having to pack it all in.

It was his first time throwing against someone in another jersey in a year. His nerves had to be off the chart. I'm willing to give him some slack while he gets back into the groove.

I think it was a combination of vanilla plays that Dallas was all over prep wise and not having all the starters.

There were many plays where everyone was covered.

The Rams seem to think enough of him to give him a year off and not cut him. Those four pics were ugly, but that's exactly what he needs. That guy plays up when people are hating on him. It doesn't make sense to me, but he feeds off of that negative energy. I hope he's gotten his personal struggles under control. Godspeed Stet.

4 picks is not good no matter how you spin it. Yet, the game winning drive, after throwing 4 picks says so much about him.

Kid hasn't picked up the ball in earnest since Aug. 2023. I'm willing to let him get his mojo back. He played the entire game and clearly re-established his groove.

Garoppolo is still benched for Games 1 & 2 this season. #13 will be ready if Stafford needs to be spelled.
