So Florida's biggest rival is UGA.
Tennessee's biggest rival, according to their fans, is Bama.
Bama's biggest rival is Auburn.
LSU's biggest rival is Bama.
UGA's biggest rival is Ga Freakin' Tech?

No, it is FSU and Miami would trump UGA that if Florida had the balls to play them every year.
So, let's break it down a bit. Tennessee has what in state rival - Vandy? If Vandy started beating them they would immediately escalate to #1.
LSU has who in state? No one. So yeah, Bama is their biggest rival.
Bama's biggest rival is Auburn - right - a quality in state school. Makes perfect sense.
So really what you have here is you have Florida wrong. Tennessee and LSU have no one to compete with in state. Bama has Auburn. We have tech which is good on occasion and sometimes very good.
So, I really don't understand what point you are trying to make.

We beat Florida a couple of times in a row and win the East, then ask that question. Steve Spurrier flat out said we were Florida's biggest rival when he was coaching there. Beating FSU or Miami doesn't gain them squat in the SEC. Losing to UGA likely costs them the East and a potential SEC title. The only reason any Florida fan would not consider us their biggest rival is because of the lopsided nature of the series.

Yeah, because Florida has to beat FSU to win the SECE just like UGA has to beat Tech to do so.
Florida is our biggest rival. Not Tech. Which team have we most recently taken a 15 yd penalty after scoring first against? It was Florida, dumbass. Tech is our pain-in-the-arse little brother. Florida is our biggest rival. How do some not know that?

Listen up, Jethro. You may be old enough to where your mind is stuck in the '60's when Tech was UGA's biggest rival. But they're not now, Einstein. As I've pointed out before, since the turn of the century Tech has finished in the top 25 a total of 3 times. If that's what you aspire to then have at it. SCjr calls Clemson their biggest rival because 1) they're in the same state, but 2) they're consistently ranked among the upper echelon in CFB. How do even you not understand that?
Tennessee and Vandy are in the same state, same conference, even same division, yet UT fans would never call Vandy their biggest rival. They, unlike you, aspire to greater heights, like Bama and UF. So you keep Tech as your football gods. I'd like to think that most intelligent UGA fans recognize that the Dawgs have bigger fish to fry than Ga. Frickin' Tech.
I'm sure those North Ave. geeks would love to hear that you place them so high on your pedestal though. I bet you have nightmares when we play Southern. Are they our second biggest rival to you? After all, they are in the same state.
