As bad as our record was last year, I was okay with it just watching a team that ran plays on offense. We were clearly missing a point guard and, once we got one, I figured we'd see instant improvement.

I actually recall a poster here on this very forum that stated firing Fox would destroy the program and set it back several years...

Fox helped bring UGA to a level that could attract a Tom Crean. He never got over the hump, but he is a good coach and seemed like a great guy.

Whatever recruits we do take in the next two classes, hopefully some of them can shoot the three ball. We are lacking bad in that department.

It's basically just Crump and he is one of the streakiest shooters to ever play the game.

I'm glad too. If you look back Felton got fired one season after we won the SEC. That same year Mike Mercer and Bill Humphrey got kicked off the team. Felton was a good fit but he had a real problem with his players staying out of trouble. We were stuck in mediocrity with Fox. Crean has brought excitement to the program we saw with Harrick and Tubby.
