since Saban has come down with the China Virus?

this DOES give us a major competitive advantage

but so would Saban getting g in a car wreck or catching the flu

I say play the game.as scheduled

You could also say this might inspire the Alabama players to "Win one for the Gipper."

absolutely could, but I think this weighs heavy on some and is a major distraction

but you are correct, could work both ways

I’m more concerned that there’s a risk they pass it to us and we lose key guys in the next game or two.

They test daily, they won’t pass it to our team most likely

even if they do, this has been proven to not be a big deal for healthy young people

my boy at Auburn and all his buddies got it, 3 days with the sniffles and done

There is absolutely no way we should postpone this game if it’s just Saban. I highly doubt it is just Saban, and I do predict 10 or more players to start testing positive and the day be cancelled, but as of right now there’s no reason to postpone.

We should all be concerned about Saban. The dude is 70. Geriatric aged people are at a huge disadvantage with the Covid.

It’s quite rare for a 70 year old to have no symptoms.

Of the people that I know have had it they all had pretty rough fevers and they were late 20s early 30’s

is she otherwise healthy?

then this IS NOT a rare case

glad she is well

my boy got it at Auburn, so did most of his fraternity, 3 days feeling like shite and gone

my nephew had it and got in a car wreck that damn near claimed his life

we HOPE he can walk again, but Kung Flu was and is the least of his worries

saddest part was my cousin could not hold her son's hand or be with him when he was bad off

he is home now and working on rehab

the Shamdemic is ALL political

maybe, but still rare for it to claim the life of an otherwise healthy 70 year old if caught early and treated

same as the flu

I’m pretty sure you can’t just postpone. So long as Bama and UGA both meet the SEC scholarship requirements of athletes available (53), the game is compelled to be played.

That’s not the issue. Not being able to play because of mandatory quarantine is.
