Beamer looks like he doesn’t want to be there.

Need to be coaching those boys up.

Wouldn’t be so bad if we didn’t stop scoring

Kirby taking his foot off the gas...again. It won't hurt us tonight but it will in the future. But in the same breath, I understand the need to let the youngsters play.

Sloppy game. Much to clean up in the weeks ahead.

Chucking it 40 yards down field with your backup QB isn't taking your foot off the gas, letting your backup defense run the same stunts and blitzes is not taking your foot off the gas. If it's 40-6 vs UF he would do the samething it's getting young guys reps and not getting important guys hurt.

Wut? You worried about Kirby taking his foot off the gas against USCe
Good, we avoided senseless injuries. It was a sloppy mistake filled game with those turnovers. Need to clean those up. Those throws and catches made by USCe were perfect. Not much anyone could do about that. But our Defense is fun to watch.

Many of the same people talking about taking the foot off the pedal would be the same people having an aneurysm if J Davis broke his ankle playing meaningless minutes.

Yeah, I disagree with the thought that he's taking his foot off the gas. He's developing the young guys who need those precious reps.

We were running the ball and in clock killing mode by the middle of the 3rd quarter, though. Yea, he let Bennett throw one long one, but truthfully, we should have made it 47-6 at least before we went into that mind set.

It would of been 47-6 had that fumble been overturned like it should of been.

Relax, Francis.

Exactly. That game was in hand and CKS doesn’t care about margin of victory. He was working different people in to get reps and trying to run the clock.

This game was never in question.

No. It’s actually not horseshite. Nick Chubb got his helmet yanked off as a Freshmen against Clemson, stayed on his feet and gained several yards. The ball was brought back to the spot his helmet came off because it’s a dead ball the instant the helmet comes off. You can disagree with whether or not this SHOULD be the case, but it IS the actual rule.
