Clemson put enough pressure on him last year to where he threw 2 INts and only had 126 yards passing. Part of that was not being able to run all that well either. They are going to have to be able to run against us for him to have some success throwing it. If not, the defensive speed will be too much for him over the course of the game. He is a smart player, but he starts to force stuff when the game gets to be too much on his shoulders.

Not sure there is a single position group for any team more overrated nationally than Scar wide receivers.
Furthermore, I'm just not impressed wth Bentley. He regressed in a major way last year. Seems to be accepted as fact that a new OC will fix all his problems and deliver a dynamic offense.
As I have said before, if Muschamp puts an average offense on the field this year, it will be the first average offense he's had.

We just need to win this game and move on. The game atmosphere will be tough with a young o and we need to impose our will in the trenches.

I mean they have a pretty good 1-2 punch at
WR and Deebo is also lethal in Special Teams. I didn't say they were wold beater,s I said they are talented and experienced and our secondary, while talented, only returns a few experienced players in Reed and Baker (Lecount is still very green).
Its not a huge advantage, but I promise most cock fans are leaning on that matchup as to why they can win this game.
As far as Bently's regression, I guess we will have to wait and see. New year, new up tempo Offense, new coaches...honestly I don't know what to expect, but I hope you are right.
I do believe they don't have a very good run game which ultimately could make Bentley and the WR ineffective.

If you get bored today and want to laugh, go dig up articles and quotes from each preseason from Muschamp at USCe and UF.
EVERY year promises a "new, up-tempo offense", and somehow EVERY year they end up around 100th nationally in offensive production.
Deebo is a great player. As far as a unit, they don't even have the best 1-2 punch at WR in the SEC, much less nationally.
We return two of four starters in the secondary. One a first team all American and the other in the conversation. Lecounte has somehow been pegged as a liability, but he played more than people realize last year. Good mix of talent and experience to fill the other slots.

The SC fan base still thinks Mark Richt is coaching UGA and Spurrier is calling the shots at SC. They are in for a double digit dose of sadness come week 2.

No, we actually have QB that can read the defense
