BBQdawg looked amazing and competition level.
He is 1 for me in both categories
Good entries though.
Bummed I didn’t have an entry this year really worked on my craft this last year and both with beef and ribs
But with daughter off to Samford in August clocked family time with friends on Lake Oconee then up on Lake Nottley wasn’t anywhere near my “arsenal” and striplings
for the meat..,
Next year..,

Been perusing the threads with all the cooks. I didn’t discriminate based on where the pics were posted because it was kind of a shitshow.
Best meat: BBQdawg / drunkensailor

Sorry about that Retooc.
Beef was not over cooked (had a nice med rare look) good sides.
One recommendation on roasted Corn. Take fresh corn (shucked) and clean it. Roll each ear in tinfoil with healthy amount of butter and sprinkle rosemary in there. Then roll each one up like a big joint. Put it on the grill and cook it in the tinfoil joint.
You can thank me later.

My palate is unrefined and I would gladly devour any of the entries. With that in mind I'm a big fan of the presentation and I like that rig's tells a story and gives us a peek behind the curtain into their real life.

We really need some tighter voter registration rules. Rando’s showing up once a year to vote for Rig and WG basing his vote on his feelings.
I actually feel like even wings were too much effort for this “competition”.

WG_Dawg- who is the damn moderator on the forum and should step in and do something about this.
Peter Buck- who has been a dawgranter since before the switch to the Tigerdroppings format (as are many of us), a big green egg expert in his own right, and a former UGA scholarship football player.
LSUhobnailboot- previous contestant who has always placed well in the riboff and is in good standing on this site as a watkinsville resident who has open invites to his tailgates on this board when he does Cajun food, even had Isaac Nauta featured at a tailgate.
BigLandowski who has been on this board for 14 years but doesn't post much, he himself is a kamado cooker expert and a UGA grad.

You counted your own vote, you counted the votes of two other competitors, and then K9 squeaked in there because he didn't vote for me.

One tell for fraudulent votes is that the only vote once at the top but then vote for nothing else on the ballot. That’s what I’ve heard anyway.
