Those 3 plays were not an outside zone run scheme.

Cool, what was each play in your opinion?

Inside zone, the hole/gap opened up between the guard and tackle.

If it was an outside zone scheme the line would have been moving much more laterally or horizontally. Which ever term you want to use.

Outside zone the tackle is gonna seal. He definitely does in 46 and 57. 26 he reads out then down. Also, 26 the next play you get a toss as s bonus which would do well against those inside stunts.

I saw that interview too, didn't like that. Not a good quote. If one of our rival's OC's said that, I'd be roasting them.

Well, I showed they did and now he says “a true” meaning he is going to say the blockers didn’t slide enough or whatever. We run plenty of plays that stretch the defense. In any case, most of y’all would hate outside zone because if the RB cuts back, it will be Bobo up the middle and we know yall don’t like that. And if you are going to take comments from Brooks to heart, keep in mind that he shows why plays get blown up and it is usually a miss by a player and he actually makes fun of the cancer dawgs.

Well the whole point of this thread was whether he said something or didn’t. We all know you and shallowrig will never admit you are wrong about something.

I’ll also take his opinions and football knowledge over yours any day of the week along with most people on this thread!

But it appears that it was installed and ran to some extent.

Contextually I'm pretty sure Brooks was referring only to the Ole Miss game.

You can stop. We know you're never wrong. Not a soul on this board expected to exhibit an ounce of integrity.

So that would go back to the Monken years too. Brooks didn't just start "studying" UGA when Bobo became OC.

He has ingratiated himself in the building, I've noticed the last dozen or so press conferences he always gets the first question.

The point of this thread was if it was true what he said, not if he said it. I showed where what he said was technically not true. It is interesting that you are so dumb, you thought it was about whether he said it. Likely why you do not understand much of what is discussed here.

Like I’ve said before you can’t win an argument with a dumb person(Pete)

I’m not taking anyone’s football opinion on run schemes that doesn’t even know the difference in man coverage and zone coverage.

BA who has studied and broken down more UGA games than you ever will and knows way more about football than any of us is telling us something and you claim he’s wrong too?!?

lol ok Pete please continue to “educate” me. I’ve been waiting…

Go watch some film on Kyle or Mike Shanahan, or a Gary Kubiak offense run scheme. They will show you a “true” outside zone run scheme. And it will not be what you think it is.
