Tailgated at that elementary school for years. Donation to the PTA. The problem was that there was no bathroom facilities. Everyone went to the gas station. They were cool about it. Good folks.
Then the ACCPD showed up, sniffing cups that were "off University property". Twenty feet. I watched as these goons would intimidate fans from other schools, walking down Lumkin, drink in hand.
It is a scam. ACCPD will issue you a citation, for stupid revenue enhancing shite.
I just wish that they would control the traffic at Milledge and Lumpkin...post game.
Having blaring/blinking lights at this intersection...don't mean shite.
