Good luck with Hillary supposedly leading the polls both guns and bullets are pretty high right now. You can find some good deals but will have to look for them. Ask Cobb he seems to know more than most?

This LINK is what I wanted but the local gun shop is asking 1500 & I talked him down to 1450 and I see the same shite for 650?

Well first off that by no means is an M16
That would be an M4 style rifle. You can find those between 500-5000 based on what you want, quality, accessories, etc

Not sure about that paint job. You might have to pony up
You can add a carry handle but you'd have to remove the rear sight and it wouldn't be painted most likely

This is a great gun that you can find typically for under $600. So with your wacky paint job I would think sub $1000 total
