Something worse is going to have to happen before I would need to seek more treatment and a test. I've been homebound since 3-19. I don't touch any mail or deliveries with bare hands. I was hands religiously. I can go outside and mow the lawn without getting winded. I'll just stay here and chill.

I forgot to add. There is no one that I could infect. I live alone.
This thing supposedly has anywhere from a 1-8 week incubation period.

You could have easily gotten it before the sequestration/quarantine began.

My wife coughed all day every day for nearly 10 weeks from late November to late January, and she tested negative for everything they could test for at that time. My wife also has pretty fair asthma, but it never kicks in until the pollen drops, so Nov-Jan made no sense. And her cough was 10x worse than her usual asthma. Like magnitudes worse. To the point she was dry-heaving and puking a dozen times a day at the end of long coughing fits.

But she never got a serious fever or really anything else, except exhaustion. But that was mostly because she barely slept and constant coughing wore her arse out.

I and my 2 daughter's coughed for about a week in December, but then it went away. It was really bad for a few days, but it didn't stick around. One of my daughter's hit 101 fever for a day, but that was it.

We all went in and got checked out at these times and tested negative for the flu.

I am 110% positive this virus went through my house between Nov-Jan. And I'd bet anyone my family has antibodies to it. Which is why I can't wait for that antibody test to get here.

You really should get tested. Maybe if you test positive it'll wake you up that you've been lied to and this thing was here way before the "experts" say it was.

So with all the information we have and all the resources available your just gonna refuse to be checked even though you exhibited one of the symptoms? It literally makes zero sense.

Maybe I am obtuse at times, but y’all are well above my level at this time. I can say that for this one simple reason:

I clarified my original statement a long time ago, that it was about PROJECTIONS, and You and beefy still don’t understand it. Not after multiple attempts at explaining the simple clarification. Obtuse probably isn’t the right word for you 2.
More like you were proven an idiot and you've been trying to spin some bullshite to save face ever since.

And by doing so, all you've done is reinforce the impression you have TDS like a mofo and care way too much about not being embarrassed here. As if anyone here really gives a shite about your insecurities and the self-worth and emotional reinforcement you get on a community forum.

Well, when I get my antibody test I'll have that answer.

On another track, a lot of people are posting here as if we know how the covid-19 story is going to play out. I don't think that we do know that yet. I'm convinced that a 2020 football season will never happen, fall or spring. I hope to hell that I'm wrong. The cards are still being dealt.

I don't go through every post every day, so I might have missed it.
But, you you did argue the point for awhile.

I know exactly how it is going to play out, and I've posted it throughout this thread, starting on page 1.

China Flu bullshite that will kill less people than the US flu killed two years ago.

Whether or not we have Fall sports depends on how fast states can get these antibody tests going, to prove that just about everyone in the country has already been exposed. I hope this starts rolling out in the next 7 days. By next Wednesday, I damn sure hope to start seeing thousands and thousands of daily results of antibody tests being released.

And if I am wrong (I won't be), I will admit that I was wrong.

As I said on the beginning pages of this thread, this shite is here and it has been spreading for months and you ain't stopping shite and you ain't containing shite.

Antibody tests will show this.

Nope, but I provided that quote from Birx to help clarify my statement pretty damn early. You even responded to it, so you certainly didn’t miss it. I guess that’s where your obtuseness comes into play.

But the problem was...you didn't say "to clarify, that Birx was talking about projections and not deaths...."

You posted that in response to his saying nobody in the Trump admin. said there would be 2.2 million deaths. Do I have to go and show you what you said?

Says the guy trying to claim a projection of 2.2 million by trump people isn’t a projection of 2.2 million. Get out of here with your low grade beef.

Your exact words. I must have missed the part where you said "projection"...or that you even gave the pertinent information....1.6-2.2 million.

Now let's put this into perspective:

Here is the entire exchange leading up to this:
Beef:
This from the abominable fricktard who said a million Americans will die from this virus by year’s end.

You responded:
Trumps own people said 2.2 million.

Obtuse.
Dude. if you thought you were clarifying...then you need to work on your clarification skills.

I guess I shouldn’t expect obtuse folks like you to understand a clarification can come without explicitly saying you are clarifying.

Even when I further clarified, your boy beef didn’t want to believe it.

Not when you don't clarify. No. Most people don't read minds. Sometimes you should say...."Hey, I didn't mean XYZ, I meant to say ZXY. Sorry for the mixup!"

Otherwise people might think you mean exactly what you said.

Not everywhere. My facility won't test me unless I'm either symptomatic or been in contact with someone that's had a positive test.

I don't think the term China Virus is used for racist intent--I just think that the term is an attempt to externalize blame.
Maybe it's because it's a virus that came from China. When we can't call something Chinese when it's Chinese, our society probably needs a bit of a wake up call. Apparently a Chinese virus that's killing in droves isn't enough of one. We're too soft, sensitive, lazy and entitled.

On top of all that, some people just love to complain and bitch, because it makes them feel good, like they are fighting against some self-prescribed injustice perpetrated on perceived victims, whom they try so desperately to empathize with so they can pat themselves on the back for caring, crowning themselves as virtuous and morally superior in the process.

Case in point ^^ this frickin virtue signaling loon. Never passes up a chance to take a jab at Trump, and when he fricks that up and gets proven wrong, he spend pages spinning laughable nonsense just to try and spare himself hits to his feelings.

Can anyone tell me or point me to a list of what constitutes a non-essential employee? Because it seems like pretty much everyone is essential based on the lists I've seen.
