They have tested more than any other nation. I can only wonder how much worse their overall numbers would look if they took your idiotic approach.

Uhm, people already freaked the frick out. Schools cancelling. Colleges going virtual. Businesses shutting down offices except critical personnel only. Events being canceled in sports, entertainment, etc. AOC claiming we are racist for not eating Chinese food.

This is so fricking stupid.

Stop trying to quarantine the 95% of people for whom this is a nothingburger and focus efforts on quarantining the 5% who should already be self-quarantined at this point. Totally backwards thinking.

Infected young people are a threat to vulnerable populations. What part of contagion are you having difficulty understanding?

Old folks homes have state licenses... order quarantines and send supplies to them, if they don't comply then suspend their license and put them out of business.

Put the 5% in a bubble, don't put 100% in the bubble.

If the 5% are quarantined then the young vectors aren't a factor, frickbrain.

So basically nobody can visit anyone who is deemed “old” and frick everyone else with immune deficiencies (cancer patients, diabetics, etc)?

Also good luck telling any group of Americans to sit in their room until the government tells them they can come out

Yes you can visit with extra measures. Qtine doesn't necessarily mean locked away.

Example I work with a company in Europe that screens anyone coming into the building, take their temp, etc. additionally if it's old folks home the once the visitor is cleared, then they have to wear mask and sanitize hands as access is being granted. Much more, too mich to type on phone.

Cancer patients getting treatment at places with state license, mandate additional precautions there too.

For the old people sitting at home where the state had no authority there's not much you can do but communication and aggressive outreach.
