For context
43 games with 172 third down completions on 568 UGA third down snaps (30.2%)
Fromm was very valuable to our offensive success only so much as he was asked to save us on 3rd downs.

This is dumb. Fromm won an SECC and a playoff game. Don't just dismiss that
A playoff and natty trump that

Fromm is very good.
183 yards and 2 TDs against Auburn.
210 yards and 2 TDs against Oklahoma.
0 INTs in both.
It is just that we ran for 238 against Auburn and for 317 in OT against Oklahoma.
It isnt the same circumstance where you look and point to why we need this QB for 1 game only.

Yeah, no shite. That’s not what I was saying at all though.

I think people are losing sight of the actual, specific question in the OP. I don't know about y'all but I'd rather have aaron murray or matt stafford 100 times out of 100 over david greene, even though greene won more. Team accomplishments mean zilch when it comes to the question in the title.

Fromm in a Monken offense would be money in the bank

quote:For me, the answers are Bennett or Fromm. Both have delivered in clutch moments and stunk in other moments, for various reasons. I suppose it depends on who the supporting cast is and what the opponent's defense does best. I'm tempted to lean towards Bennett, simply due to his game and a quarter of awesomeness that finished the season and brought us a natty, but Fromm was certainly very consistent as a leader of our offense when he had the tools around him.
A poll on twitter I thought was very intriguing.
1.) Jacob Eason
2.) Mailman
3.) Jake Fromm
4.) JT
Thoughts?
