When Richt promted Bobo he was coming off of a second sec title. He had time to groom Bobo and it definitely took some time. Personally I don't think that he has 4-5 years to train someone again.

I like this choice and with all the best teams going in a more progressive offensive direction this would be a killer move.... That us if the sluggish sec ref's can set the ball up between plays quick enough.

Remeber CMR tried this years ago and the refs slow play killed it.
