good hire imo. dude is a ace recruiter, and yea defense sucked overall but that's not all on him.

Actually yes. NIL is capable of making any coach a shell if it gets worse. Players win games Kirby says that all the time. But if they play 1 year then get offered more than we are capable of matching then us and some other usually dominate teams in time are gonna lose a step or two.
