quote:Yeah and if he could only see the entire field like we can from our couches, he'd never miss!
He's had open receivers, and he hasn't gotten them the ball. He's had Robertson open and hasn't gotten him the ball. He had Jackson for a TD and overthrew him. He had Swift 10 yards in front of him wide open for a TD and forced it to a covered TE. This is who Fromm is. If Fromm just makes those two passes, we're up 21-0 at least and nobody is complaining much about the offense.
The fact of the matter is that he makes pre-snap reads based on what the defense is showing and then will throw it based on what he's got in front of him given the time he has to throw. He's been pressured a lot so far, so if he knew he was going to throw to Swift, he likely would've hit him for a TD. He didn't have time to check it down. He got hit as soon as he threw it.

Fromm should just skip the NFL and go straight to the staff as our OC. That’s probably his future.

Was about to post the same. There better be some chemistry develop toot sweet between Fromm and somebody if we are going to beat Auburn - assuming Cager is out.

quote:Have you thought that maybe he hasn't been sacked so much is because of his reads and quick progressions? He hasn't had time to scan the field and look for open holes.
Fromm has been sacked 5 times all season. 3 in one game. He has a much time as any QB in the country

We have one of the best offensive lines in college football and teams load box to stop the run. Stop with the excuses.

Low snap my arse. He handled it fine. He just never even checked down to see it. It should have been an easy pitch and catch. Swift was standing right in front of him, right in his throwing line of sight. There is always an excuse from you guys on every missed play like that. It's always someone else's fault.
And it's not an excuse, it's reality. This isn't a Madden video game.

If Fromm doesn’t nut up and find chemistry with other guys we have no shot at greatness

ESPN keeps showing some random guy in a sling

A better throw would have been a TD. Pickens had to hold up on that one.

Yay another FG. And no points.

The playcalling is absolutely atrocious and juvenile
