Donnan was complimentary to Mathis last fall (he was going through drills with the other QBs).
I'm pulling for the kid. It would be a great story.
But as was said, let them compete and give the ball to the one who gives us the best chance to win.

This, ill take any improvement over last years offense. Mathis is a dual threat guy so if his arm is legit he could be a beast and if Ohio State was interested that usually means something. UGA QB room about to be stacked.
