You misunderstood me as just a more veteran DC with experience. Foster was just an ideal example. He seems more than married to that place for some reason.

There's a best of both worlds young DC out there somewhere with years of experience.

I hope for Mel's sake he doesn't go to Maryland. That place has been poison the last decade or so. UNC seems like a good fit for him and such an awesome school. They also have a pretty good recruiting base. One thing about Mel from my perception is that he seems to be a low key guy in front of the media. He probably needs to go somewhere that is not a football pressure cooker at least for his first job.

It is a better job but for our sake I'd like to keep em
as far away as possible from our recruiting area.
