I’m dealing with other things that are taking my energy right now while trying to help some of the best people in my life.

I'm good bro I have never claimed that I was a direlect in need of help lol it's human nature to see how things were for other generations and bitch about it not being 10x or whatever more expensive. That shite sucks. My mortgage and childcare a month probably covers 5 of your house payments. And that's not a flex we probably have similar sq ft but it's just disheartening to see wars start that jack up prices for everything even more and then boomers get the best congressman votes out because they worship trump and Israel. shite sucks man and want people to wake up to it.

Also, there is nothing wrong with having house payments.
Interest expense on a mortgage is the ultimate write off.
If income is flush even another mortgage on another property.
There’s definitely a stage in life when a mortgage is a good thing.

It wasn’t invented by the Progressives. It has been adopted though to be a part of the “oppressor vs oppressed” game they play that is obvious when you see how it’s being used.

Boomers used to shite on millennials way before millennials were in a position to turn it around them if I recall correctly. Advacodo toast, etc etc
This ties in to sec gamers point about not having mortgage. Can we all agree that the generation in a position to buy homes in the 80s and 90s were super lucky? Go back and look at the tax assessor history for properties. 200k starter homes are now 400k. Boomers didn't do anything to "earn" that. They were just the generation that benefitted from it.
Prices for homes have gone up at the same time as inflation. A 100k salary today is like a 30k salary in the 90s.
That's what annoying is listening to boomers act like they are some sort of financial moguls. A monkey could have made generational wealth if he was in his 20-30s in the 90s. And you had pensions better retirements, social security.
Younger generations can still be successful don't get me wrong but it's a different world and to argue that is just your own pride taking over.
