If even you're a no government help guy, how do you square sending 200 billion to fund a war you didn't get to vote for at a cost to say your grandma or aging mother insurance?

I would rather spend 200 billion on American people...even if half goes to fraud that is better than pissing it away in the middle East

What? An ongoing issue is an ongoing issue. It has been an issue for 30 years that Tomahawk use was outstripping production, resulting in depleted stocks. Procurement rates were ridiculously low given the rates that they were being expended.

If your point was that we need more Tomahawk production to compensate for use, then you should be happy that massively increased production has finally been authorized, belatedly fixing a problem that has existed since the 90s and has worsened throughout successive administrations.

If your point was just Orange Man Bad Because He Shoot Too Many Tomahawks, then its trying to dump a 30 year problem onto one guy. Did he play a part? Yes, but he is by no means solely or even primarily responsible.. Further, his is also the only administration to take steps towards fixing it.

But don't you see that being a bigger deal when the thing shooting the tomahawks is the guy who ran on no new wars?

Seems like a lot of buck passing and general excuse making when it comes to trump. I read they can make 57 a year and we have used 850 in a month. That's obviously a bigger issue than trump. Lord knows what they use the billions of dollars on that get sent to the pentagon, but you would think that would be a bigger point of emphasis if you're going to start attacking everyone and their mother.

And you know what, I do think orange man is bad now. The meme has become reality.

It's now come full circle where the only ones that can sit and fully support trump are boomers and people who don't have the emotional maturity to admit they were wrong or that they have been had.

Boomers are basically the new blue hair liberal ladies of 2015 and 2016. It's sickening

What new war? Iran went to war with the US in 1979; it's simmered along with periodic flare-ups ever since. But even if it was totally new, things change, so what was a campaign promise on year doesn't always last. Woodrow Wilson campaigned in 1916 on "He kept us out of war!" FDR campaigned in 1940 on "Your boys are not going to be sent into any foreign wars." LBJ in 1964: "But we are not about to send American boys 9 or 10,000 miles away from home to do what Asian boys ought to be doing for themselves." George W. Bush, 2000: "I don't think our military ought to be used for nation-building" None of those lasted more than a year.

But even allowing for changing circumstances, anyone who puts overly much faith in any political promise is just asking to get burned.

Lol this is exactly what I mean.

You have to be trolling.

"It's really not a big deal, every politician lies" is just giving trump a pass because he's your guy. If this was Biden or Harris you would be screaming mad.

More so the zionists. Mike huckabee is a white Christian but that dude sucks.

It bothers me that they have so much influence in our country and prioritize Israels greater goals over those of Americans.

The Iran war obviously

We have totally shite on not just our economy but the world's economy so that is real can finally get their war with Iran.

Are the higher gas prices temporary? Are interest rates actually up because of this? Why are you sewing together unrelated speculation into a skin mask like Leatherface? Why do you hate the Jews?

Feel free to review the links I have shared throughout this thread. They hold the answers you seek.

If you think rates and inflation aren't tied to this war, i fear you don't understand the scope yet.

Any gas price is "temporary" the "low" prices trump bragged about were temporary apparently.

I believe gas prices reach 4 and maybe even 5 before they touch 2 again unless something happens with the strait this week.

Your rebuttal is "look at all these Twitter links I reposted".

I have no dog in the fight because I hate everyone in politics, but did you look at the Biden “I did that” sticker when gas prices were high under him and think “meh it’s only temporary I’m not blaming him”, or was it a little different
