I'm hoping he is. IMO we need Pruitt's fiery/demanding personality to offset the all business-like demeanor of our administration.

Sec championship is over. Whether he coaches the rest or not he should be announced name known staff say rest is being decided and coming soon and then catch a flight to Washington.

Obviously CKS will field a great defense. The biggest benefit to retaining Pruitt is to keep the momentum with the current recruiting class and ongoing defensive rebuilding. Outside of that I don't see anything he brings to the table that KS doesn't.

Plus, if you retain Sherrer then you have a built in replacement for Pruitt when he leaves for a HC position. Also get to save on a DB coach

If much rather keep him than not...but we'll be fine if it doesn't work out.
