With the injuries we had at RB I am sure he is kicking himself for not coming to Athens. I also have a hard time not thinking it could sour the Norcross Bama relations

I'm referring to him negatively recruiting Bama commits....telling them they shouldn't come there because they wouldn't get to start as freshmen. That isn't something you can police very well. And no matter what you go and tell a kid after he's heard that, it's not like he can suddenly "unhear" it. The damage is done.

I've been following him all year at Bama. Not one iota of jibber jabber about suspensions (100% alleged) or negative recruiting (100% alleged) all year. Not one scrap of innuendo about him.
As a matter of fact, at one point, I stirred up some shite on the Bama board by simply implying his knee was worse than what Saban was letting on... you'd have thought I started World War 9.
Then the kids asks for a transfer for obvious reasons, and a waterfall of shite comes cascading down from the fanbase. Not one link to one tweet or obscure news article or anything.
Just rumors and gossip.

Correction...
An ABC affiliate in Alabamastan has ran with the rumor about two suspensions, citing their source as Bama Online. So I guess it's true or Kamara would have a legit lawsuit.
Calling MenloDawg.... we need a ruling.

In any case, all I said was IF what they were saying was true, I wouldn't want him. And I still wouldn't now given the stable we already have and have coming in on top of them. We'll be just fine. He made his bed, whatever the truth to these rumors may be.

And he would have no suit for the same reasons CJP wouldn't. He isn't as well known, but within the local/regional area, he would be considered a public figure/personality. Once you're (semi-)famous, the ability to sue for things like this is crippled severely.

You don't need to lecture me on communications law... I had plenty of that at UGA.
CPJ can't sue because there's no one to sue.

And I'm talking about SUSPENSION not transfer.
The transfer part is common sense, he's 10th in line at running back there. That's not part of the discussion.
It's all this "team cancer" bullshite and his alleged behavior problems, that no one apparently heard anything about until he asked to transfer..
