Pretty sure you get to use the 1 time free transfer AND the graduate degree transfer. You can also get a medical transfer waiver. Also, not difficult to find a degree someone else doesn’t offer
There have been quite a few people that have done 2 transfers

That used to be the case.
Every school offers 1 thing another doesn't.
As far as I'm aware, it is not a requirement anymore. JT is in "multi-disciplinary studies" for a 2nd bachelor degree.
