Yes. And it’s not the end of the world when he does

Is Searels just a bad recruiter?

Somewhat, but our room is stacked for a bit.

He’s certainly not a good recruiter (in that he isn’t the personable type who is going to text kids regularly).

Hughley’s motivation seems to involve going where his HS teammates are going to also get recruited, hence it’s likely that he jumps back j ti the fold closer to signing day when the impending consequences of decisions seems a lot more real

I don't like Searls as our OL guy at all. Hasn't he always been sub-par?

His recruiting was half arse and part of the decline under Richt. He’s a solid coach though. Don’t really know the answer tbh.

All of the flip to Auburn talk started from Auburn insiders predicting the flip. I visit the Auburn recruiting board from time to time since we recruit a lot of the same players and came across this:
Chad Simmons on 247 talked to Bo Hughley tonight and he’s still locked in with UGA but expects him to visit AU and UGA throughout the fall.

AU insiders really took a hit with all the flip picks this weekend.

It seems the Auburn insiders jumped the gun a bit and the rumors caught fire. Auburn recruiting is struggling right now and I suspect they wanted to get some clicks and stir some positivity, so they started rumors based on Hughley attending their Big Cat Weekend event instead of being at our cookout.

That said, there is no doubt that Hugley is not totally locked in and it's possible he could flip.

According to the other board, Hughley is not a "ready to start" OT in the SEC right now and will take a couple of years before being fully ready. I don't know enough about OLine to make a statement one way or the other.

The fact he hasn’t flipped already seems like a good sign he may just decommit.

My personal opinion/guess would be he will flip or stay. I don't think he will decommit and look around. If he does he would risk losing a spot in our class, so he will want to make sure he wants to leave and not just decommit. Just my guess, though.

Where's the source for this? It's not in OP's link.

It kind of is. On the link go down about 5 players and Phillip Dukes put in a CB for Hughely to flip from Georgia to Auburn with a confidence level of 9.

A poster on TOS is apparently in the know on the Bo situation. As you can probably guess, it’s about $$.

Allegedly, a big Auburn booster has told the family that he/they will get a large amount of cash should Bo attend school on the Plains. A number was agreed to and the flip was supposed to happen on Sunday. Dell has rescued us for now.

The important thing to understand is this- Bo wants to attend UGA, but the money may very well win out in the end.

Bo apparently doesn’t know shite about Auburn. He’s best to wait his time, earn a little $$$, and make it big with Kirby. Most will get this… sooner rather than later unfortunately. Mims saw the light.
