Wheeler reminds me of a dude named Al Fisher from Kent State a little over 10 years ago. He was the 2008 MAC POY. He had amazing handles, insane quickness, and was a very good shooter and passer. His only problem was that he was 5'9 so he had no chance to play in the NBA. He did humiliate Patty Mills in a nationally televised game that year though.
