I get the last drive. I don’t like it...but I get it.

3 safe plays that force AU to burn all of their TO’s so when they get the ball they have to drive the length of the field with no TO’s left and score a TD.
What I DON’T like is not going tempo any in the second half after, again, it seems we move the ball easily when we do it. We started trying to burn clock with 7 mins left which is crazy.

Kirby has stated numerous times... He doesn’t give a frick about your or mine opinion on score/results. If he could win every game by 1 point he would do so.

We were in great shape if Wolf doesn’t choke in the first down pass. Problem with that situation is we all knew what we were going to do

True but that philosophy and strategy invites the chance of losing the game too...which is something now if us want to do.

If Kirby doesn't go prevent with the entire fourth quarter to go, it's probably a shutout.

Yup. He made the big catch against Florida.
Honestly, if he hangs on to that, I believe we run the rest of the clock out. That was a drive-killer just off of emotional letdown alone.

Pretty much. Also insured we can at least run 40 extra seconds off and make them use all their timeouts. Obviously didn’t end up needing it but would’ve been killer
